For Stellantis Dealers

iFrog is a certified Tier 3 provider for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat stores. Six certified services—every one of them managed toward cars sold rather than a better-looking dashboard.

Why iFrog

We’re an extension of your team.

iFrog is your trusted, dedicated automotive marketing partner. We deliver measurable, tangible results with customized augmented intelligence (human and AI) growth strategies built to bring your dealership more traffic, more leads, and sustainable success.

You get a named team that answers the phone rather than a ticket queue, and strategies built for VDP views, form fills, tracked calls, and foot traffic. Everything is measured against what your store closes, not what the platform reports.

Every channel below is certified under the Stellantis Digital Advertising Program, so your co-op paperwork, tagging, and reporting are handled the way the program expects them to be.

Born in a Dealership®

We didn’t learn this business from a case study.

iFrog started inside a dealership, not inside an agency. That’s not a tagline we bought. It’s why our reporting answers the questions a dealer principal actually asks, and why we already know what happens to a lead after it hits the CRM.

We Know What a Real Lead Looks Like

Because we’ve worked them. That’s why the campaigns bid toward forms and tracked calls instead of whatever the platform will hand us cheapest.

We Know the Month You’re Having

Aged units, a brand push, a month that started slow. Budget and messaging move with the store, not on an agency’s quarterly calendar.

We Speak Your Language

VDPs, ups, save-a-deal, gross per copy. No translation layer between what you asked for and what gets built.

How We Manage Your Money

We optimize for business outcomes, not platform metrics.

Every ad platform grades itself on the actions it can count most easily. Left alone, a campaign will chase those actions, because they are cheap and they make the report look good. None of them put a customer in your showroom.

Impressions, clicks, and “conversions” are how a platform grades itself.

Leads worked, phones ringing, and units delivered are how you get graded.

What the Platform Counts

•

Impressions and reach

•

Clicks and click-through rate

•

Directions requests

•

Whatever action is cheapest to win

What We Bid Toward

•

Lead forms completed on your site

•

Tracked phone calls to your store

•

Sales-specific visits and VDP engagement

•

Appointments set and showroom traffic

•

Units delivered, traced back to source

Typical Paid Media Management

•

Campaigns bid toward whatever conversion is cheapest to win

•

Reported cost per lead looks great, but the leads behind it don’t match

•

The sales team chases clicks and dead ends

•

No visibility into which sources actually sell cars

The iFrog Approach

•

Conversion goals set to on-site lead forms and tracked phone calls only

•

Cost per lead reflects real, sales-ready leads, not inflated by junk actions

•

Every dollar bids toward an action your sales team can work

•

Full lead-source attribution, so you scale winners and cut what doesn’t convert

You’re paying for leads your sales team can close, not a lower number on a dashboard.

Eligible for DAP Funds Reimbursement

All six services are designed to meet DAP Funds (formerly T3AC) reimbursement requirements, subject to current Stellantis program guidelines and dealer eligibility.

Funding availability and reimbursement eligibility are determined by Stellantis and may vary by dealership, market, program, and available funds.

Billed to Your Parts Statement

Our certified products and services bill through the Stellantis program directly to your parts statement, helping simplify the billing process for your dealership.

Claims Submission

All eligible services are reimbursed via the automated submission process.

For your team, this means less time having to gather documentation, submit it and then follow the claim process to make sure it is paid. More time for your team to sell cars.

Pre-Approved and Compliant

Creative, tagging, and campaign structure are built to program standards before anything runs, so claims are not denied after the money is already spent.

Where applicable, certified services may be submitted for available DAP Funds and other qualifying Stellantis funds. iFrog can help dealers understand current program requirements and identify potential funding opportunities, but does not determine or guarantee funding eligibility, claim approval, or reimbursement.

Measured by Stellantis, Not by Us

And the platform numbers still come out ahead.

Optimizing toward real leads usually costs you the vanity metrics. It doesn’t here. Against the national average across every certified provider in the program, iFrog stores lead on efficiency and engagement at the same time.

Drive · Engage · Convert

You already paid for the other 97.

Of every 100 visitors your media investment drives to your site, only three leave a lead. Until now, the rest were gone: the dollars spent, the opportunity missed. iQ:ReDirect is the only always-on, imperceptible, real-time converter of your website traffic into your actionable leads.

15x

faster, larger, more. Same traffic, bigger pipeline

Step 1

Collect

Identify and build audiences from all your website shoppers, capturing name, email and cell phone number without anyone filling out a form.

Step 2

Engage

Personalized offers reach those visitors through automated dynamic email and SMS, building trust and affinity over time.

Step 3

Convert

Offers claimed from email and return visits become complete leads, delivered to your CRM in real time with verified cell numbers.

What the Shopper Actually Receives

Every message is built from the vehicles that the shopper looked at, styled to your store, and sent on its own schedule. Nobody on your team writes it, and nobody has to fill out a form for it to start.

Dynamic Email

iQ:ReDirect dynamic email on a phone. Subject line: Check Out This Offer From iFrog Automotive Group. The message greets the shopper by name and offers up to $1,000 trade assistance on a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler, with a Claim Offer button and a photo of the vehicle.

Built from the vehicles that shopper looked at, styled to your store, and sent on its own schedule.

SMS Follow-Up

iQ:ReDirect text message arriving on a phone lock screen. It greets the shopper by name and sends a link to their offer from iFrog Automotive Group, with a thumbnail of the vehicle.

A text with the offer attached, sent to a verified cell number, with no form ever filled out.

On Your Website

The dealership's own website on a phone, with a personalized overlay reading An Exclusive Offer Just for You, $1,000 trade assistance on a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler, and a Get Offer button.

The same offer waiting on your own site when they come back, so the return visit converts.

Search Engine Marketing

Maximize your ad spend.

Paid search isn’t about buying clicks. It’s about capturing real buyers at the exact moment they’re searching for their next vehicle. iFrog puts your dealership in front of in-market shoppers, so you don’t just get traffic, you get opportunities that drive sales.

Performance Max: Own Your Market

Reach local buyers across Google Search, YouTube, Maps, Gmail, Display, Discover, and Vehicle Listing Ads through one campaign, with model-specific builds for the vehicles you need to move now, and targeting kept tight to your backyard.

Market Share

Defending your brand is the floor, not the goal.

Any certified provider can bid your dealership name and hand you a low cost per lead. That is not growth. Those shoppers were already coming to you. Share moves when you get in front of the person cross-shopping a Silverado 1500, a Bronco, or a Highlander, and you get there before the store down the road does.

Roughly half of every media plan we build is pointed at demand that does not belong to you yet. Conquest campaigns run at the nameplate level, targeted to your PMA, and priced against the models your shoppers are actually comparing.

Ram 1500 & Heavy Duty

Taken from Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra, Toyota Tundra

Jeep Wrangler

Taken from Ford Bronco, Toyota 4Runner

Jeep Grand Cherokee

Taken from Ford Explorer, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, Chevrolet Traverse

Jeep Compass & Cherokee

Taken from Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue

Dodge Durango

Taken from Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Explorer, Kia Telluride

Chrysler Pacifica

Taken from Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna, Kia Carnival

Alfa Romeo Giulia & Stelvio

Taken from BMW 3 Series and X3, Audi A4 and Q5, Mercedes-Benz C-Class and GLC

Conquest is easy to claim and hard to prove.

Plenty of agencies will tell you they run conquest. Far fewer will show you the brand and non-brand split, because the split is where the story falls apart. When most of the budget sits on your own dealership name, the blended cost per lead looks excellent and the store does not gain a point of share.

We report the two separately, every month, so you can see what your money is actually buying: shoppers you already had, or shoppers you took.

What We Report on Share

•

Impression share by nameplate across your PMA

•

Brand and non-brand spend, split out

•

Brand and non-brand lead volume, split out

•

Absolute top-of-page rate on conquest terms

•

Impression share lost to budget against share lost to rank

•

Segment share movement, read against your Stellantis reporting

Questions Dealers Ask

Before you enroll.

Is iFrog a Stellantis Digital Certified Provider?

Yes. iFrog is a certified Tier 3 digital advertising provider in the Stellantis Digital Certified Program, with six certified services: Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social, Display & Retargeting, OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio and iQ:ReDirect. You enroll through the Stellantis Digital Certified portal, and we handle the paperwork from there.

Which of Your Services Are Co-Op Eligible?

All six services are designed to meet DAP Funds reimbursement requirements, subject to current Stellantis program guidelines and dealer eligibility. Where your store qualifies, certified services may also be submitted for other available Stellantis funds.

Do I Have to Buy All Six Services?

No. Most stores start with two or three and add channels as budget and inventory needs change. We would rather build a plan around what your market actually requires than sell a package you do not need.

How Does Billing and Reimbursement Work?

Certified products and services are billed through the Stellantis program to your parts statement, and co-op is automatically submitted on your behalf. Your team does not assemble tear sheets, pull screenshots, or track claim deadlines. Because campaigns are built to program stands and pre-approved before launch, claims are not coming back denied after the money is spent.

Which Stellantis Brands Do You Cover?

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat. Campaigns are built at the nameplate level rather than the store level, because a Wrangler shopper and a Pacifica shopper are not the same person and should not be bought the same way.

Do I Have to Change My Website Provider?

No. We are website-agnostic and work with every major certified platform. What we need is access to your tagging and conversion tracking so we can measure the actions that matter instead of the ones the platform hands us.

What Do You Actually Optimize Toward?

Lead forms completed on your site and tracked phone calls to your store. Those are the actions your sales team can work. Every ad platform will happily count cheaper things and grade itself well on them, which produces a beautiful report and an empty showroom.

How Do You Measure Whether We Are Gaining Share?

Brand and non-brand are reported separately, every month, along with impression share by nameplate across your PMA and where that share is being lost, whether to budget or to rank. A blended cost per lead built mostly on your own dealership name is not a share number, and we do not present it as one.

Where Do Your Benchmark Numbers Come From?

The Stellantis US Digital Advertising Provider Scorecard, Tier 3 Paid Search and Performance Max, July 2026. Those are median values measured by the program across every certified provider, not figures pulled from our own reporting. Individual results vary by market, budget, and inventory.

Is iQ:ReDirect Part of the Certified Program?

Yes, and like the other five services it is designed to meet DAP Funds reimbursement requirements. It identifies the website visitors who leave without filling out a form, engages them through automated email and SMS, and delivers complete leads with verified cell numbers into your CRM.

Who Actually Works on My Account?

A named team you can call, not a ticket queue. iFrog started inside a dealership rather than inside an agency, which is why our reporting answers the questions a dealer principal asks and why we already know what happens to a lead after it hits the CRM.
